Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. We're a small operation and we pack by hand, so this can occasionally run a day or two longer during busy periods. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Where we ship from

Our soap is made in Jordan and shipped to you from Escondido, California.

Delivery

Once shipped, most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. We ship with USPS and UPS.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, its progress is out of our hands.

Shipping cost

Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International

We currently ship within the United States only.

If something goes wrong

If your order hasn't moved in 10 business days, or arrives damaged, email us at [your email] with your order number and we'll sort it out.
