Refund policy

Returns

Unopened bars can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The box must be sealed and undamaged.

Because soap is a personal care product, we can't accept returns on opened bars.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. Nothing needs to come back to us.

Wrong item

If we've sent the wrong bar, we'll send the right one. Keep the other.

How to start a return

Email [your email] with your order number and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is at your cost.

Refunds

Once we receive the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
